Cosmopolitan Theme CM/AOKP/PA v1.1

This theme work only for custom roms based CM9/CM10/AOKP/CM10.1/PA theme engine.It only works for Hdpi/Xhdpi devices only, contact me for a workaround to make it work on mdpi. It changes system and many other apps
Don't forget to contact me if you find any bug or have a request
What's in this version:
- Added better support for carbon rom (more toggles)
- Off toggles are now more "readable"
- removed some orange color from Falcon
- fixed some bugs on toggles
- New wallpaper
